I'm Jessica, co-founder of Millennium Beauty Institute. I grew up watching my Haitian immigrant parents build a beauty supply store and salon from the ground up in Massachusetts. That's where my love for this industry started. School wasn't always easy for me. After high school, I joined the military, served four years, and found the discipline and confidence I needed to bet on myself. After years in the corporate world, I made my move: I partnered with my husband, my twin sister, and her husband to open a beauty school. But I didn't just open one. I enrolled in one first. I wanted to experience what our students experience, from the classroom to the state board exam. I graduated, got licensed, and led our school through the accreditation process myself. Jessie Julien Espinoza is the Co-Founder of Millennium Beauty Institute and the lead instructor for the Master Makeup Artistry program. A licensed makeup artist with a passion for editorial, bridal, and special-effects work, Jessie has built her career on artistry, precision, and professionalism, and she brings that same standard to every student she teaches. At MBI, Jessie leads students through the full Master Makeup Artistry curriculum, from foundational application and color theory to advanced techniques in airbrush, photography-ready makeup, and areola restoration tattooing. Her teaching philosophy centers on real-world readiness. Graduates leave her program with the technical skills, the business confidence, and the portfolio they need to step directly into salon, freelance, film, or medspa work. She co-founded MBI alongside her sister, Jessica Julien Idris, with the goal of building a school that takes student outcomes as seriously as student creativity.

Ty Presley is an accomplished beauty mogul, entrepreneur, educator, and two-time Emmy-nominated celebrity hairstylist with more than 25 years of experience in beauty, education, and leadership. As Assistant Director, he is passionate about developing future beauty professionals, fostering student success, and creating a culture of excellence, integrity, and accountability. In addition to his leadership in beauty education, Ty is a successful entrepreneur whose vision and commitment to excellence have made a lasting impact within the beauty industry. His dedication to mentorship, innovation, and professional development reflects his belief that success is achieved through service, integrity, and continuous growth. A devoted family man, Ty is the proud father of two children, Ayana, 23, and Jakob, 15, and has shared 26 wonderful years with his wife, Takako. His commitment to family, faith, and lifelong learning has shaped his leadership style and his passion for empowering others. Throughout his career, Ty has remained committed to inspiring the next generation of beauty professionals and making a positive impact on the communities he serves.

Synaih Espinoza is the Admissions and Financial Aid Coordinator at Millennium Beauty Institute, and she is often the first person prospective students meet when they begin their journey toward a beauty career. Her role is to guide future students through every step of the enrollment process, from initial questions about programs and tuition to walking families through the FAFSA application and explaining VA benefits, scholarships, and payment options. Synaih believes that financial aid should never be the reason a student gives up on their dream. She takes the time to understand each student's situation, answers questions honestly, and breaks down the numbers so families know exactly what to expect. Her goal is simple: make sure every student who is meant to be at MBI has a clear, supported path to enrollment. With over 10 years of experience in the beauty industry, Yolanda McDonald is a licensed nail technician and educator specializing in advanced nail enhancements, professional nail care, and student development. She has been a licensed nail technician in Georgia since 2013 and has held a Florida nail technician license since 2019, bringing a diverse background and knowledge of industry standards across multiple states. Yolanda began her career in nail education in 2020 as an instructor in Florida, where she developed a passion for mentoring future professionals and helping students build confidence, technical skill, and salon readiness. In 2026, she became a licensed nail instructor in Georgia, further expanding her commitment to quality education. Her expertise includes acrylic, gel, and advanced enhancement techniques, along with specialized experience in senior nail and foot care services. Yolanda’s teaching philosophy combines real-world experience, technical excellence, safety, sanitation, and a dedication to preparing students for success in the beauty industry.
