VA Education Benefits Accepted
Millennium Beauty Institute is approved to accept VA education benefits. Veterans, active-duty service members, and eligible dependents can use their benefits toward any of our NACCAS-accredited programs. Contact our admissions team to get started.
Program Coverage
VA education benefits can cover tuition for Cosmetology, Esthetics, Nail Care, and Master Makeup Artistry programs.
Housing Allowance
Eligible veterans receive a monthly housing allowance (MHA) in addition to tuition assistance.
Yellow Ribbon Program
We participate in the Yellow Ribbon Program to help cover costs beyond standard VA benefit limits.
Accepted VA Benefit Programs
MBI accepts the following VA education benefit chapters:
- Post-9/11 GI Bill (Chapter 33)
- Montgomery GI Bill — Active Duty (Chapter 30)
- Montgomery GI Bill — Selected Reserve (Chapter 1606)
- Vocational Rehabilitation & Employment (VR&E / Chapter 31)
- Survivors' and Dependents' Educational Assistance (DEA / Chapter 35)
How to Use Your VA Benefits at MBI
- 1Confirm your eligibility — check your remaining benefits at VA.gov or call the VA at 1-888-442-4551.
- 2Contact MBI admissions — our team will walk you through how your benefits apply to your chosen program and help with enrollment paperwork.
- 3Submit your Certificate of Eligibility (COE) — we'll coordinate directly with the VA to certify your enrollment.
- 4Start class — classes start every Monday. Your VA benefits are applied directly to your tuition.

Additional Financial Aid
VA benefits can be combined with other financial aid. MBI also accepts FAFSA (school code 043097), in-house payment plans, and third-party financing.
