How the Transfer Process Works

Submit your transcripts
Submit your official transcripts from your previous school to our admissions team.

Transcript review
Our team reviews your completed hours and evaluates your training documentation.

Proficiency assessment
You complete a brief internal proficiency assessment so we can evaluate your skill level in the areas covered by your previous training.

Transfer offer
If your hours and proficiency meet our standards, we issue a formal letter detailing exactly how many transfer hours we are willing to accept toward your program.

Review & enroll
You review the offer and decide whether to enroll. There is no obligation.

Important

If there are discrepancies in your transcripts or if the proficiency evaluation reveals gaps in foundational skills, we may not be able to accept some or all of your previous hours. This is to ensure every MBI graduate meets the same high standard of training, regardless of where they started.

Satisfactory Academic Progress

Transfer hours that are accepted count as both attempted and completed hours for the purpose of determining satisfactory academic progress and maximum time frame.
